The Irish Presidency launches its detailed policy programme for its six months in office, "For Stability, Jobs and Growth". The programme sets out the core principles of the Presidency:

2. Investment in job-friendly growth and in Europe's resources
3. Europe and the world: a win-win engagement with our partners
